Product Description

Basic Info.

Tesamorelin is the N-terminally modified compound based on 44 amino acids sequence of human GHRH.This modified synthetic form is more potent and stable than the natural peptide. It is also more resistant to cleavage by the dipetidy aminopeptidase than human GHRH.

It stimulates the synthesis and release of endogenous GH, with an increase in level of insulin-like growth factor . The released GH then binds with the receptors present on various body organs and regulates the body composition. This regulation is mainly because of the combination of anabolic and lipolytic mechanisms.

However, it has been found that the main mechanisms by which Tesamorelin reduces body fat mass are lipolysis  followed by reduction in triglycerides level.

GHK-cu(Human Copper tri-peptide)

GHK-cu(Human Copper tri-peptide)

Basic Info. GHK-Cuis a tripetide . During wound healing, Copper tripeptide may be freed from existing extracellular proteins via proteolysis and serves as a chemoattractant for inflammatory and endothelial cells. Copper tripeptide has been shown to increase messenger RNA production for collagen,  elastin, proteoglycans, and glycosaminoglycans in fibroblasts. Copper tripeptide is a natural modulator of multiple cllular pathways in skin regeneration. ...

Dihexa

Dihexa

Dihexa is a new generation of neuroactive research peptide. Unlike ordinary cognitive boosters that only offer short-term mental stimulation, it focuses on repairing cranial nerves and boosting brain plasticity. Animal experiments have verified its efficacy in improving learning and memory. Modified at the molecular level, it can stably cross the blood-brain barrier with a long half-life and sustained effects. ...

FOXO4

FOXO4

Basic Info. FOXO4  is a transcription factor protein associated with the regulation of cellular senescence, belonging to the FOXO (Forkhead box O) family. It plays a key role in delaying aging, suppressing tumors, and maintaining stem cell function by participating in DNA damage repair, oxidative stress response, and cell cycle regulation. Recent studies have found that targeting.  FOXO4-DRI  (FOXO4-p53 interfering peptide) can selectively eliminate senescent cells, offering a novel strategy for anti-aging and treating age-related diseases (such as fibrosis and osteoarthritis), with potential biomedical applications. Research on its mechanisms provides important scientific insights for developing anti-aging drugs and cell regeneration therapies. ...

Cagrilintide

Cagrilintide

Basic Info. Cagrilintide, a long-acting analogue of the hormone amylin, presents a promising new approach to tackling obesity.  Unlike many weight-loss drugs that only target one mechanism, cagrilintide works on multiple fronts. It suppresses appetite by promoting feelings of fullness (satiety) and slows down gastric emptying, making people feel full for longer periods of time.  Early trials of cagrilintide have shown that it leads to significant weight loss compared to placebo and even other peptides like liraglutide, which is currently used for obesity treatment. In one study, participants taking cagrilintide lost up to 10.8% of their body weight over 26 weeks, outperforming those on liraglutide. Sustained weight loss like this can help break the cycle of yo-yo dieting. ...

Ara-290

Ara-290

Basic Info. ARA 290, a Nonerythropoietic Peptide Engineered from Erythropoietin, Improves Metabolic Control and Neuropathic Symptoms in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes. ARA 290  has been shown to be effective in the reduction of inflammation and activation of the healing process in a wide variety of preclinical models as well as in patients.  With respect to diabetes, substantial recent work has shown that rhEPO can improve the diabetic state in animal models . However, in addition to interacting with the innate repair receptor in a paracrine/autocrine manner, EPO also functions as a circulating hormone via its interaction with the EPO receptor homodimer that mediates hematopoiesis. ...
